Dudes rock. Even though I'm not a dude, I can say that with my full chest. There are so many great guys in the world, and I think it is unproductive to approach the world as if every man is inherently violent and nefarious. Sorry, Andrea Dworkin, but I'm here to defend men a little bit.
There are ways to celebrate men without putting women down. They have their own unique struggles, and nothing good comes from acting like men have it easy in every single area. I have a dude friend who was so afraid of being accused of being insufficiently masculine by his peers that he never sang along to songs, even when he was all alone.
