Greetings, Westerosi natives. The second season of House of the Dragon is all wrapped up. It was truly a wild ride - especially for all of the not-fully-Targaryen dragon seeds that took their first dragonback flights this season. Season two was a bit slow at times with its focus on family and political drama, and it probably had a lot of us wondering why we all waited two years for fewer episodes with precious few moments of excitement and way, way too many scenes of Daemon having a dark psychedelic trip at Harrenhal. There were some amazing moments and story lines, though, like Aegon's fall from a naive, eager, and green King to the decrepit state that we found him in in the season finale. This season felt like a very long set-up for all of the crazy stuff that will undoubtedly go down in season three. Unfortunately, we must all exercise patience.
