Cats are weird. Like, really weird. Anyone who has had a feline in their life can vouch for that. The idea of a cat sounds so purrfect; they appear to be very low maintenance, especially compared to other animals. They don't need walks, they keep to themselves, and generally, they are less work to take care of than a dog, or so you think. Next thing you know, you're cleaning up cat vomit for the rest of your life and are constantly woken up at 2 am for their late-night zoomie fest. You think that cats are supposed to entertain themselves, but then you're in a Zoom meeting and your cat is constantly meowing in the background, demanding attention, only to jump in front of your screen to get you to divert all of your attention (and your coworkers) to them.
