Time and time again, the HOA made exceptions to the rules for their own gain, slighting the homeowners for an extra fee here or a Special Assessment there, just to wring everyone dry of another $1,000+ in fees. 

Well, being the wittiest warrior in the complex, BigJSunshine got a beautifully petty idea.
