Meowrific, another Monday has come to pass. While hoomans gear up for another workweek, our cats scorn us for leaving them behind. Unless your kitty is trained on a harness or happy to sit inside one of those porthole windowed backpacks, you probably won't take them to work with you. Our cats don't know where we go every day; all they know for sure is that their hoomans leave them alone all day.
For an aspiring cat lady, this news is heartbreaking! As if we want to leave them behind?! No self-respecting cat lady would prefer a day without kitty cuddles where they're forced to send emails in an office. All we want at the end of each work day is to come sliding back into our cozy zone at home so that our feline can hop up on our lap, make biscuits, and beg for another serving of canned food. Cat lovers relish every meowment with our felines, even when they're being feisty or waking us up at 2 AM. Hoomans may need to go to work 5 times a week, but our cats love us every single day–24/7. If only we could explain to our kitties that we remain employed so we can afford lavish cat trees, infinite cat toys, and the gourmet Fancy Feast. We work so that our felines can live the good life.
