Trader Joes is like Disneyland for some olympic grocery shoppers. Seriously, some of the people that shop at Trader Joes deserve gold medals for how much stuff they can fit into their shopping carts in one grocery run (me). Once September hits, buckle down and prepare your reusable tote bags for mayhem when they stock all their maple and pumpkin spice fall goodies. There are many memes online concerning the folks that work there who seem to fall in love with every customer they see, but that's the allure of TJ's. It's a romanticization of shopping for the necessities, while also functioning as a food-filled wonderland for folks who like bright colors and decorative fonts (also me).
