Few common life experiences are quite as stressful as moving house, especially if you're buying. Packing up everything you own is overwhelming enough, but dealing with all the paperwork, shuttling it across town, and unpacking it all in a different place? It's enough to make a grown man cry.
If you are the person who is selling the place, it's also important to be considerate—not that everybody is going to appreciate that, of course. This is something that annoyed one vendor after the people who bought their parents' house complained that they left "garbage" behind that in fact contained many useful items for the maintenance of the home.
The whining didn't stop there, either, and it set the stage for some pretty dedicated petty revenge. Naturally, Reddit felt like this was the perfect way to get back at these fussy new homeowners. Some people just can't see the benefit in good things.
