During pregnancy, it can be exhausting to simply exist. Our bodies are going through so many changes physically, and our minds are constantly bouncing back and forth between “Hey, this is going to be fun!” and “This little thing better exit me quickly”. That's the way of life, I suppose. It's nice to know that we have a lot of downtime to take care of ourselves and the little person growing inside of us, and this is even nicer if we have a life partner to support us along the way. What happens when stressors find their way into your perfectly curated little pregnancy bubble? It can't be good.
The woman in this story is dealing with her boyfriend's sister and two children visiting for two weeks when they were only supposed to be staying with the couple for one week. To add to the fire, the sister is expecting the woman (who is five months pregnant) to watch her two children (whom she has not met) while she and the woman's boyfriend along with some others go to Ibiza and party it up for a week. This woman has only been with her boyfriend for 10 months and she is already expected to offer up free childcare mid-pregnancy for free while her boyfriend leaves her to do it by herself. The despicable icing on the cake: her boyfriend stating she doesn't do anything all day anyway.
