Welcome back single ladies of the infamous internet. There's no better time to be single than in the summer. In the winter, it's the time for cozying up to a warm body, watching a movie together, and gorging yourselves on spiced hot cocoa. But in the summer…having a partner isn't all sunshine and roses. People are half naked and hitting on you, and are you supposed to just say no to all the attention? Of course not.
Not only are you single, but you're happily so. Albeit the weather is warming up in ways you didn't imagine, nor do you feel are quite within your comfort zone, you much prefer it to being back with your ex. Sure, baking in the dry summer heat while trying to cool yourself with salty ocean water isn't your definition of a good time, but if you had to choose between this scorching weather and sweat dripping down your face to having another conversation with that pesky, delusional ex of yours, well we know you'd prefer the former.
