You know… some might say that electing a cat in an official position for the Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania might be a bad decision. Cats are known for being chaotic, that's not new to anyone. But… there are some advantages to it.

The biggest advantage being, of course, that this kitty is so friggin' cute. And that's it. That's all we need. We don't care how many important documents she kicks off tables and how many officials she smacks for no reason. She is adorable, and she is hired.
