'McGonagall is my dream mother': Potterheads Dish on Which Magical Family Is the Best to Be Born Into in a Charming Discussion

Every Harry Potter fan has fantasized about how good their lives would be if they were actually a part of the wizarding world, and we all have different dreams. Some dream of standing by Harry Potter as he defeats Voldemort, while others dream of peacefully wandering around Hogwarts without attracting any trouble. 

This Reddit discussion has raised an interesting question about Harry Potter fans' ideal introduction to the wizarding world, which is – When you dream of becoming a wizard, do you dream that your own family is there with you, or are you a part of a different magical family taken from the actual series? 

I personally never imagined my own mom and dad being a part of the wizarding world with me, and I always pictured myself alongside one of the families from the books – The Weasleys, The Potters, The Longbottoms… Never my own family. Which raises another interesting question – Which HP family would you want to be a part of?
