One of the best parts about being a girl is all of the fun workout classes you get to take. Sure, the boys can have their gym partners who spend two hours at a time doing the same bench press, but we girlies can find a wholesome community at group fitness classes. Whether it's pilates, hot yoga, cycling, you name it, there's a group of supportive girlies waiting to work out together. Sure, the gym bros can attend these classes too, but if you've ever been to one, you know they are usually female dominated (just the way we like it). Men don't understand that sometimes it can be intimidating for a woman to go to the gym, especially if it's male dominated.
