Potterheads Dig into the Biggest Plot Holes They Found in the Harry Potter Books in a Magically Heated Discussion

Being a fan of something does not mean you think it is perfect, and Harry Potter is a great example of that. Take fanfiction for example, Harry Potter is one of the leading fandoms in fanfiction writing, which means that a lot of fans enjoy writing and reading about scenarios that differ from the canonical plot of the books, but that does not mean that they don't love or enjoy the original stories of the series.

When fans find different plot holes in the books, that as well does not make them love them any less, it simply shows that even though we like to believe otherwise, people make mistakes, and authors are not excluded from this statement.
