This person seems wise beyond their years as they teach their coworker a valuable lesson.
Some workplace red flags are easier to spot than others. There are a few in u/medicore-millie's story about their new optometry job. But the main one is that all of the employees were supposed to be cross-trained and know how to do all parts of the job. That sounds good in theory: the employees could fill in for each other and have a better understanding of the job they're doing. However, in a lot of workspaces, this just code for being understaffed and refusing to do anything about it. If every worker can do the job, why continue to hire?
This person shared their story of the current clash going on between them and their coworkers. It could just be that this worker isn't a good fit for this company culture. But they also shared that they were very pregnant at the time of the incident, so they might need to stay at the job for a while. Hopefully the original poster's coworkers decided to help her in the final weeks of her pregnancy… but she also could've turned her coworkers away with her "drama."
Next up, this concertgoer was irritated that ticket resellers were getting away with inflated prices, so they came up with a plan to get back at them.
