    50+ Amazing Behind the Scenes Photos From the Set of Tim Burton’s “Batman”

    If you weren't there for the "Bat-mania" of the late 1980s, you can't possibly perceive just how huge the hype really was back then. Everyone was obsessed with Batman, and I'm talking obsessed! If you didn't have the black and yellow Batman logo somewhere on you when you came to school, people looked at you funny. You either had the Batman t-shirt, the Batman lunch box, the sneakers, the pins, the schoolbag—something HAD to be Batman-themed! Not to mention the toys, the video games, and the action figures.

    I remember having a Batman watch and being so proud of it. Now, when I Google it, I can see that it was literally just a cheap plastic watch with the Batman logo behind the dials, but back then I felt like the coolest kid in school. Well, it turns out it has been 35 years since that legendary movie came out, and today my Samsung smartwatch has a Batman background. And I still feel cool. :)
