What is it about cheese that I love so much? How come cheese has such a hold over me? It can be creamy, gooey, crumbly, or sometimes even runny—I don't care, I want it! It can be mild, sharp, or even stinky, smelly, and pungent, and I will still crave it all day long. I don't care what color it is—white, yellow, orange, or even blue or green—cheese is cheese, and I friggin' love it! I don't care if I eat it on a piece of bread, a cracker, a wooden board, or even straight out of the fridge at 3 o'clock in the morning—I am going to eat that cheese!
I also don't care where the cheese is from—French, English, from the Netherlands, it can even be those weird individually wrapped slices of American cheese (that are absolutely NOT cheese)—I would still eat it and ask for more. Why do I love cheese so much?!
