There is nothing worse than a problematic boss taking over and ruining a system that was working well, but on the other end of the spectrum, there is nothing better than calling that boss out on their flawed leadership.
This thread was posted by a nurse who ensured that her exit interview at the hospital would be put to good use. Instead of leavings all her complaints unresolved, she took the opportunity to call out her former director to HR about how all the changes were counterproductive, unethical, and conducive to a toxic work environment. After laying all of that information on the table, the Redditor learned from her coworkers just a few weeks later that her former director was forced to resign. At least she wound up making the workplace better for all her colleagues who are still stuck there!
