Cats and plants go together like peanut butter and jelly. But have you ever stopped to think about why that might be? There are actually several reasons why your cat might choose a plant pot for its next hangout. The soil can be a cozy source of warmth, especially for napping. The pot's shape might be comfy for curling up. Plants offer a world of interesting scents for a cat's super-smelling awesome nose, from the earth to the plant itself. And who are we but our cats' humble servants, ready to indulge in them in whatever scents they desire to sniff!
Over here at the ICanHasCheezburger editorial office, we've got a few gardening geniuses in our midst. The plants around the office always look happy and healthy, and although we do not have any cats that frequent our office, we would imagine that if we did the cats would be mighty tempted to sniff and engage with the plants. We invite you to peruse this pawesome series of beautiful blossoming cat plants freshly sprouted from the feline garden.
