Cats spend so much of their time napping and sleeping. You would think that it all looks the same, but it does not. Sometimes, they turn over into some silly position. Oh, cats. This is why we say that we can watch our cats do anything - including sleeping - for hours and hours on end. Because sometimes, they turn over and end up like this. And stay like this.
