Every time I go to a toy store with my kids it's the same story - I walk around with them, looking at all the Roblox and Minecraft toys they want, While at the corner of my eye, I can see it: The LEGO Isle. It calls me, Beckons me to come and look at all the cool new Lego sets that came out lately. What's that? A Stranger Things Lego set? A fully functional Lego R2D2? A replica of a Pacman arcade cabinet that actually allows you to play Pacman on it? Shut up and take my money!
And then I buy it. I actually buy it! because I have to own it. Did it cost a few hundred dollars? yes! Can I afford that? NO! But I buy it anyway. Only so I can put it in the unopened Lego pile in my house, next to the unfinished Lego Millennium Falcon that I know I will never, ever, never-ever-ever finish! Oh look, It's The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell set, complete with 15 character mini-figures! We needs it!
