Another week is upon us, and I am here left wondering like I do every weekend, how people ever get any sleep on Sunday nights.
Since I started my new job, I have to wake up every Monday at around 7:00 am, so I try to go to sleep at a reasonable hour on Sunday night. The problem is, because I sleep so much over the weekend, I never seem to be able to fall asleep before 3:00 am on Sunday, and I just end up being exhausted on Monday. Even though I know the main solution would probably be to sleep less during the weekend, I simply cannot bring myself to wake up earlier, as I am afraid it contradicts everything that is good about the weekends.
