Neighbor keeps taking guy's assigned spot in their apartment complex parking lot, parks him in just to watch him try to leave over the course of 5 minutes: 'Just close enough that he’d have to do a very awkward 17-point turn to get out'

It really is befuddling how people can't respect assigned parking spaces no matter how clearly and expressively they are marked out. The people who do this can sometimes even be otherwise friendly… Yet there's something about how they view their ethical obligation to others or a complete lack of caring that causes them to undertake entitled behavior that can quickly turn from annoyance to outright disrespectful inconvenience. 

This apartment dweller found that their neighbor was consistently taking their spot, their neighbor was otherwise friendly, and every time they were told off, they apologized profusely. This is all well and good, but what good is an apology if you don't follow through on your promise and at least attempt to make a change to your behavior?

After asking nicely a couple of times and the neighbor promising never to do it again, the next time this happened, this apartment dweller decided that enough is enough and simply parked right up behind the offending vehicle.
