Woman cuts Wifi after getting kicked out so entitled roommate's best friend can move in: 'I guess karma really does exist'

It's difficult to avoid getting petty when you're leaving on bad terms with a roommate.

Believe me, I have been there. You want to stuff the curtain rods with prawns. You want to sabotage their AC. You want to do all the things to make this person know they should never have tried to mess with you. That being said, the mature grown adult within you stops you from doing anything unforgivable. Instead, we just move on and peacefully coexist with your soon-to-be ex-roommate despite the urge to enact petty revenge. Ok, well, that's what happened in my case.

In this Redditor's case, she very much got her petty payback. Right as her roommate was approaching law school exam preparation, she changed the Wifi password without telling her former friend. You can imagine how stressed that would make an already anxious law student, but based on her unfeeling behavior toward the Redditor, it's quite clear that this roommate deserved it. As they say, the punishment fits the crime.
