Entitled office worker insists that coworker conform to her dress code: '[My manager] told me to drop it'

This nosy worker seriously asked for advice about another employee's attire. Why would that be any of her business? Good question! 

Many office places have become way less strict about their dress code in recent decades. Instead of donning a white shirt and a tie, or a dress and tights, lots of folks just show up in jeans and a tee shirt every day. If you're not customer-facing in your role, what's the harm in that? The employees get to be comfortable during their eight-hour workday. And let's face it, if you're wearing soft pants and comfy shoes, you'll probably be able to get deeper into your work than if you're adjusting your tie or tights all day long. When you dress up fancy, after a while, all you can think about is taking off those stuffy outfits! 

This woman feels the exact opposite, though. Although she claims to be just 26 years old, she's utterly dismayed by the way in which her peer dresses. I think that maybe this woman just doesn't like the way her coworker dresses. There's a big difference between something being inappropriate for the office, and just not being to your specific taste, as commenters gleefully pointed out to u/TechnicalAd5341.
