An even more comical situation was when she repeatedly repeated the question "What is swap memory?" although I answered previously that it is part of the reserved memory that is provided when the RAM runs out. Apparently that answer was not enough for her and this reminded me of my school days when the teacher persistently insists on her way after not getting a "word for word" answer... I tried to turn this situation into a joke so I laughed without any intention to devalue someone. One small tip is to push people a little towards the answer (that is, to direct them), and not just ask and wait for a clear answer. Many of us are self-taught and even when we have been using a certain thing for many years, it may happen that we do not know the name of the same thing at that moment. Somehow, during the entire conversation, you could see that the interlocutor had a few more words to add every time I spoke or asked something. I think they should work a little on who interviews candidates because there is no HR team and staff in charge of initial introductions.

However, since I had already found a new job in the meantime, I was not able to continue with the further selection process, so I informed them in a timely manner. Certainly, the main reason why I applied to this company is the CEO who showed professionalism during our communication and gave me the opportunity to re-enter the selection process for the position that was advertised back in January. The advice to all candidates is to think carefully about applying to this company because it is very possible that you will end up in an unpleasant situation unless someone else interviews you.
