Does anyone else have someone in their life who points out every little continuity error when you're watching a movie or a TV show? For me, it's my mom. No matter what we're watching, she will point out that the character's hair has changed slightly between shots, or that a cup was full in one shot and now it's empty, or any manner of small errors. I don't even notice them most of the time, but she is hawk-eyed, looking for them. She's a lazy script supervisor's worst nightmare.
It goes to show that if you slip up, no matter how minutely. Like the good people who noticed these design fails in the wild and had enough foresight and vision to snap a photo and upload it online.
