While, we usually try to fill you with the animal derived funnies on the weekend, we figured it would be pertinent to remind you of some of the pitfalls of getting involved with a wild animal. This comes hot on the heels of the slew of wild animal rescue and adoption videos circulating around the internet, which show the wholesome moments involved in saving and caring for wild injured animals. But it is important to remember that these animals are not domesticated, and there is no way to effectively domesticate them.
And this helpful hooman, who cares for foxes with the proper knowledge, training and forethought has shared with us, her five reasons to not adopt a fox. Which is rather good to know, considering how dog like they seem. Just think of the destruction that a naught doggo or clawminal cat can do and then double it. It is seriously not something you want to be grappling with in your day to day life.

Reason number one right here, they cannot be fully potty-trained. And let's face it, most of us do not react well to stepping in the excitement of our cats or dogs first thing in the morning when we are just trying to make coffee. Let alone the excrement of a wild animal marking their territory all over your house.
There is a reason the saying 'cunning like a fox' exists, because they are. If they can figure out how to break into chick coops and cause a ruckus, do you really think that they will not be able to figure out how to access all of your yummy hooman food? This is a battle you will not win.
