There's nothing that takes the tension out of your body quite like a good laugh. Remember when you were a kid and you'd choose to be in a bad mood for whatever reason and think "I'm not gonna smile today so everyone knows how angsty I am," and then someone would say something funny in class and you'd force down a smile.
