Hey, folks! It's getting warm out, and whenever the sun starts setting a bit later and the rays start being extra strong, we develop an insatiable craving for ice cream. And not just any ice cream, but a hot fudge sundae. That's right, old school style with a hefty brownie, a large scoop of vanilla ice cream, some whipped cream, hot fudge (obviously), and a cherry to finish it all off. Now, we are also trying to lose weight. The issue is self-explanatory.
Anyway, we've had to find more healthy sundae alternatives that align with our health and fitness goals.
