Hey Animal Comedy-ers, do you have a professional portrait of your favorite four-legged friend hanging somewhere in your house? If so, it probably ranged anywhere from $50 - $500. But this dog mom got cheated out of thousands (yes, plural) for her senior dog's photoshoot. She saw a sign offering free professional photoshoots for dogs that offer a museum-quality picture, unframed. Well, one thing led to another and she ended up with this stunning pet portrait that fetches a fortune!
Unfortunately, it wasn't her senior doggo that fetched her a fortune, it was the other way around. Although this may have been a financial canine catastrophe, at least she got a very beautiful picture of her awwdorable fur baby. To be fair, this does look like a very good pet portrait. If you zoom in, it looks like an oil painting, but it's actually a picture! We're not sure (we wouldn't) we would pay thousands of dollars for it, but it is at least good quality.
Okay, you can see the difference in quality between $125 and thousands of dollars, but do you really need a portrait of your pet that is worth (multiple) thousands of dollars? Probably not, but to each his own.
