From the first day, it was clear something was off, as OP's boss kept giving them more and more responsibilities, even though they were new, and definitely didn't get extra pay for all the additional work they got. Then, other employees kept quitting, and guess who had to take over their workload? Yep, our dear OP. The real gem though, is when OP discovered that the job they were initially hired to do, didn't even exist. It was simply a way for the boss to have someone do everything that she didn't want to do herself.
