Welcome ladies of the internet. Boundaries are a crucial aspect of intimate relationships. And due to the level of intimacy, the line can be thin and blurred. What you choose to tell your partner and reveal to them is up to you, within the already applied boundaries discussed about the nature of the relationship. What you reveal to anyone else, well those are all things you don't owe anyone, and should have strong boundaries about.
Let's say in a game of truth and dare. We all know it's just a game, and we're all adults, so some questions should respectfully be off limits, and some questions are appropriate. Whichever the case, it's just a game, and if someone doesn't want to answer said question, they are entitled to their own boundaries.
