As a Gen Zer, I know that it's expected of me to get into generational squabbles with millennials. I'm supposed to say they're cringe adult Harry Potter fans who are pushing 50, but I'm not going to do that. I have a shred of dignity left in my Zoomer body, and I intend to maintain it. I know that my time for being a "middle child" generation like millennials and Gen X is fast approaching. Before I know it, Gen Alpha is going to pass me by regarding youth and beauty, and there will be nothing I can do about it but accept it with grace. Aging is a gift, and I refuse to act like I'm better or worse than another adult because of my age.
Unfortunately, not all millennials feel the same way. One took to Twitter recently to proclaim that Gen Zers look old and act immature, and I'm not the only one who's a bit skeptical about this claim.
