Most of us know that going to work can be a drag. Having to wake up early, get out of bed, put on real people clothes, and make it happen every day is difficult. For most of us, the only reward is a fresh cup of coffee waiting for us on the other side. And hopefully some nice coworkers and a nice clean office. It's the little things that keep us afloat. So when the basics aren't even there, it's no wonder when we walk.
Sure, the job market is tough, and we will put up with a lot for a paycheck, but there's a line somewhere. Especially in the age of flexible work, our expectations are higher than they once were.
