Hey, friends. Cats groom themselves pretty darn efficiently, so in general, there are very few occasions in which a cat really requires a full-body bath and scrubdown. However, there are a few cases in which cats most definitely do need a bath, and their human slaves have no choice but to engage in an activity that leaves cats feeling fresh, clean, and utterly unamused. One such situation would be cats who have problems grooming themselves, thus allowing dirt and crud to build up in their beautiful fur coats.
Sometimes, cats have skin infections or conditions that lead to the necessity of a bath, often accompanied by vet-approved soap with medicinal properties. All this being said, cats look incredibly funny when they get wet. It's like someone deflated all of their floof, and we are left with a small creature that resembles a rat. It's pure hilarity, and we are utterly amused.
