Serving customers is not always an easy task. However, you don't have to work in customer service to profit from the advantages that come with the position. For example, in the story that follows, the Original Poster (OP) talks about his experience with a demanding client who won't wait his turn to be serviced. OP works as a security guard at a well-known phone company in Dublin City Center.
The Original Poster (OP) sets the scene by claiming that most staff members are reluctant to offer their services because the client in question is well-known for his dismissive demeanor, his inability to wait in line, and his unwillingness to accept assistance from anybody other than the manager. However, on this particular day, the arrogant customer proudly entered the shop, behaved impolitely, disobeyed store policy, and offended the wrong person. Stated differently, the combination of a fiery manager and a very arrogant consumer makes for a hilarious story.
