Women are powerful and should feel empowered to go after literally anything they want in life. March is Women's History Month and a time for everyone, regardless of gender, to celebrate the contributions of women everywhere. Achieving gender equality is not only a right, but it allows for the much needed reflection of our society as a whole.

This year's theme is centered around women who are advocates for equity, diversity, and inclusion. It's something we can all strive for on a daily basis. Leaning into the amazing community of women we have around us is empowering. We can learn so much from just listening to other women.
While society as a whole may have a long way to go, I am proud to be a woman! Whether that means supporting female entrepreneurs, watching female-directed films (Barbie), listening to female-founded podcasts, enjoying time with the important females in your life, or reflecting on what you truly want, it's all important and deserves support and acknowledgement.
