When young couples move into a neighborhood, it's no surprise that some of the lifers in the neighborhood will roll their eyes at the "new blood." That being said, this entitled neighbor, whom the Redditor refers to as Tim, really thought he could get away with ongoing manipulation, endless plotting and scheming, and frequent trespassing of property without any repercussions. Young folks may be new to the neighborhood, but that in no way means that they are willing to be used and played around with. After this ordeal, it seems like Tim learned this the hard way.
The problem began with a drainage issue, and Tim requested to take a look at his neighbors' backyard to fix the issue. It turns out he never needed to do that, but he really was looking to flex his muscles and find someone else to blame (and potentially pay) for this issue.
