Another week has passed and finally - finally - we have made it. Caturday. Thank goodness. There were moments this week that this day felt so, so far away, but we are here, in bed, not planning on getting out for another hour at least. And all that we are going to do in the next hour is scroll through cat memes, and no one is going to judge us about it. Well… our cats might judge us if we stay in bed too long, considering how loudly they're screaming next to their food bowls already.

It really is such a distinctive sound… you just know when your cat is up to something in the middle of the night. And they always choose to do it in the middle of the night too. It's never during normal working hours when we have the energy to deal with it. Sigh, cats, we love our little hooligans.
It's really amazing how cats have no shame, isn't it? You give them everything that they could ever need, spoil them to heck, be the best human servant that you can be, and then they go and find another family to serve them as well. Like… we can't blame them for doing it. The extra snacks must be worth it. But still.
