17-Year-Old Cat Missing for 7 Months Has Heartwarming Homecoming Thanks to Message from Local Shelter

Get your tissues ready because Mr. Binx has really been through it. In his 17 years of life, he's been returned to the shelter three times. When a loving family adopted him for good, he got to spend the majority of his life with a family who loved him dearly despite his flaws. Though he had a sensitive tummy, they were able to accommodate him and even gave in to his love of nacho cheese Doritos.

But one unfortunate day, Mr. Binx got out. After seven months with no sign of him, the family had almost given up hope. Living close to a heavily wooded area filled with coyotes didn't give Mr. Binx the best chance of survival either. But alas, seven months after he went missing, his hooman got a message from a local shelter. Someone had surrendered poor Mr. Binx because of his sensitive tummy issues. To the feline's luck, a heroic shelter worker had a hunch that the unknown void could be Mr. Binx. After a few messages and a trip to the shelter, Mr. Binx is back home safely with his happy family.
