Homeowner writes scathing note to HOA Karen who tried to tow their car from in front of their own home: 'She called the cops on me'

Constant proximity to other people—without any recourse or avenues for escape—is maddening. 

I guarantee, if you were locked in a room, even with your favorite person in the world, it wouldn't take long (and even less time than you'd think) before you'd grow sick of the sight of them and tired of the sound of their voice, wishing their mouth would stay shut every time they breathed. 

Say now, that you don't even like this person. Worse yet, you have your entire life savings and livelihood invested in remaining in this room with them, and if you leave to get away from them you're going to have to uproot your entire life and it's going to cost you more money than you might have to lose.

Now, imagine that you're competing with this person for space and resources. Constantly away from their leering presence and discourteous noise… This, my friends, is exactly what it's like to live next to a terrible neighbor in a hostile living situation and it is a terrible existence. 

That's exactly the kind of relationship that this homeowner shared experiencing with the horrible HOA Karen who lived next door. They had parked their car in front of their own home, but their neighbor, who thought that they should only park in their own driveway reported them to the HOA authority and called the cops in a brazen attempt to have their car towed.

The original poster explained the situation further in a comment on their viral thread:

"It's me parking there, in front of my house. My neighbour thinks I should only park in my driveway, I'm assuming. So she called the cops on me and had my tires chalked."
