Anyone with neighbors knows how delicate the relationship between the people in the neighborhood is. Not only between those who live next to each other but also between all the different service providers that come to the neighborhood once in a while, like mailmen and delivery workers, street cleaners, etc. To maintain that relationship, you don't have to Love Thy Neighbor, but you do have to have respect for one another, and don't get into each other's business.
This Reddit story, was shared by a worker in a lumber company that was located next to a series of apartments, so they had many neighbors to deal with. OP shared that one specific neighbor would keep throwing their trash in the recycling dumpsters of the lumber company, therefor filling them up. Until one day OP decided to take action, and actively went through the trash until he found a piece of information about where that person lives. He then got a forklift, piled it with all their trash, and dumped it at the entrance of that person's house, effectively blocking it. Hopefully, that would teach them a lesson.
