'Don't be surprised when they quit': Boss shocked that employee followed his advice to "go work somewhere else"

It's important to take your job seriously, but these bosses have lost sight of why their employees show up every day. It seems like some managers are so obsessed with their jobs that they think everyone feels the same way. They want their employees in the door at 7AM and leaving at 9PM. They want the employees to work weekends or work at the drop of a hat. They'll take advantage of their workers as much as they can. 

What these bosses are forgetting, though, is that although you can be passionate about your job, at the end of the day, it's about money. If you weren't getting paid to work, you'd never set foot in the door again. That's the whole reason you're at work instead of being on a beach somewhere or spending a day with your kids.
