Are you a "paint the town red" kind of purrson, or a "stay in with a good book" kind of purrson? There's no wrong answer, but we have to admit that we're the "pajama party at home by 9 PM" kind of purrson. We can't help it, we just love to tuck our cats into bed, snuggle up next to them, and fall asleep at a reasonable hour. If we wanted to go out and be adventurous, we would have gotten a dog instead! It turns out that we're not alone, as some fellow cat pawrents shared their "couch pawty" moments on New Year's Eve all snuggled up with their cats, and it couldn't be more relatable.
Some people get their serotonin from being around others, fun music, and adult beverages, but some of us get it from kitty snuggles and comfy clothes. In case you were wondering, yes, we did dress up the cats in some cute costumes, but to be fair, they wanted to celebrate too. Check out this cute collection of couch kitties below, and we wish you a very comfy New Year!

This was exactly our pawsition last night. We parked ourselves on the couch with a nice, fluffy blanket, our cat curled up next to us, and we fell asleep together at a reasonable hour. When you've seen on New Year's countdown, you've seen them all.
Lexi looks like she brought her own fireworks to this New Year's Eve, look at those crazy whiskers! These are the only kind of fireworks we approve of because the rest send our cat into an anxious frenzy. And we get a front-row view of them every day!
