‘I don’t care what you have to do, just print it again': Customer demands bank teller reprint her debit card so many times that it costs her

Going to the bank is like going to the dentist. Nobody does it because they want to, but rather, because they don't have a choice.

It always takes a tremendous amount of effort for me to make an appointment, and then it's an exertion for me to make it to the designated location. In this case, a customer obviously didn't appreciate going to the bank, nor did she appreciate the debit card she was given after initially having lost her own. She told the bank teller that the numbers looked funny and that she wanted to print another card. The teller, OP, began explaining that the machine was a little rusty, but that it didn't matter if the card worked… But instead of being nice about it, this Karen was furious, cut up the card into little pieces (apparently she carries scissors with her), and told OP to print the card again. And again… and again…

OP did not appreciate the tone she was being spoken to in and decided that this was the time for some malicious compliance. Next up, a husband who was so inconsiderate of his wife that he actually got her a vacuum cleaner for Christmas. She had more than one thing to say about that, and took matters into her own hands…
