Everyone loves itty bitty kitties. Everyone. We don't care how big of a cat hater you may be, no one cat withstand the cuteness of a tiny kitten. And we, as cat owners, know that this period in a cats life - the kitten period - is short. You will adopt a teeny weeny kitten, you will enjoy every single second of it, you will take a million pictures, and then suddenly, before you know it, you will blink, and your kitten will be a fully grown chonk.
Or will it? Because apparently, some kittens simply refuse to grow up. Some kittens are born with a condition called dwarfism, and that means that, for them, the kitten period never ends. These cats will forever be smol and pwecious. And today, you're about to meet - and fall in love with - one of them. Meet Francis, known as francisandmaggie on Instagram, the 13-year-old senior cat who still look like a kitten.

Honestly, if this person had not said that this cat is 13 years old, we never would have guessed it. This tiny grandpa looks like a kitten. It's like the meowrvelous kitten days never ended with this itty bitty fellow, aaand we're totally in love with him.
We did know that cats could have this condition, but we can't say we have ever seen a cat with dwarfism reach such a ripe senior age. We wish this teeny weeny thing many, many more happy and healthy years to come.
