I am a great believer in the power of touch. Not in a weird man on Hinge "my love language is physical affection" way, but in recognition of the fact that we don't talk enough about how massage and movement is really good for us. There's a reason that pro athletes are so reliant on their physiotherapists, not that most of us desire or need a grueling sports massage after a day at the office.
While I am devoted to the power of memes as well, it has to be said that one of the few things they can't do is untie that gnarly knot that forms between your shoulders. In fact, it probably contributes to making that kind of thing worse. They're just too good at distracting us from our posture problems.
