Being stranded at the airport is like finding out that the thesis you worked on for ten weeks was on the wrong subject. This helpless, furious feeling that sits in your stomach like a bad apple. Once, I had to stay at the airport for 12 hours, and it was extremely frustrating at the time. My hands clench up whenever I think about it. The airport was practically empty, which made it a little less worse because there was less commotion, but it still wasn't a pleasant experience that I like to look back on or anything like that.
In this case, one passenger was stranded due to a snowstorm and was unable to board the flight in the location where the flight was taking off from. The person called up customer service, which took forever to answer (duh), and explained their problem.
