I've never heard of any family acting the way these people did. It boggles the mind!
u/KleptoCyclist wrote their malicious compliance tale that took place during their job as a bike courier. That's an interesting job for sure: you probably get tons of exercise and get to check out all different areas of the town. Then again, you also will experience every type of weather. And, as the OP found out, you'll meet a lot of people, some kind, some mean, and some who are just plain weird.
I think it's odd to order a product and then refuse the delivery of it. I've gone out of my way to make sure a package gets into my apartment before someone steals it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who tracks their package as it's on it's route to me, travelling the USA. The family in this story could've had the easiest time receiving their package, and instead, they just… didn't? Do they love talking to customer service representatives? Do they adore driving to the post office to pick up a box? Please make it make sense.
Check out the whole tale below, as well as reactions from commenters who were just as baffled as the bike courier. Then, take a peek into the juicy dramas going on at these workplaces and schools, as told by the people who were there to witness it firsthand.
