If there is one thing about me, it's that I will advocate for Pilates until the day I d!e. This is coming from a gal who has done a fair share of sports throughout her life, be it dance, karate, or taekwondo - I've tried them all. But Pilates… when I tell you that it isn't just a workout, it's a whole lifestyle that has transformed my approach to fitness and well-being. The precision, control, and focus that Pilates requires is unmatched.
The beauty of Pilates is that is not just about physical exercise, it's almost like a holistic practice that combines the mind, body, and soul… something truly out of this world. I will admit that the first time I went to a Pilates class I thought to myself, 'This is so easy!'. But that's only because I was doing the exercises all wrong. Once you learn and practice the proper techniques, you realize that what seems to be a tiny little exercise is working a million muscles simultaneously, which you for sure will feel for the next few days.
Honestly, I could go on forever and ever about Pilates and the magic that it brings into my life but I will just let these memes do the trick.
